RE:HACK recently collaborated with PolyCC Malaysia after Pian, an alumnus from Politeknik Mersing, was invited by their lecturer to create a CTF challenge for a cyberwarrior event. They reached out to RE:HACK to help design industry-level challenges.

The event was a success, and we’re proud to support initiatives like this that empower students and bridge the gap between education and real-world cybersecurity. We hope this is just the beginning for more Politeknik students to rise in the cybersecurity scene.

The Badge to Breach: ICS Cyber Siege Final concluded with strong performances from MCC alumni. Firdaus Amran** with his team emerged as the Champion, while Emmy's team secured 3rd place. Other participants included Aan/Megat, Cheng Xun, SC, Jack, Jia Yang, and Capang, showcasing solid representation from the MCC alumni community across the board.

Jac and Hans from Heroes Cyber Security were in Putrajaya to attend the CYDES2025. We took that opportunity to met and learn many things from them. Some of the alumni went for a dinner together!

At CYDES 2025, members from MCC2025 were actively involved as part of the RE:HACK booth crew. The event ran from 1 to 3 July and featured exhibitors and speakers from across the region.
