Yen Wai obtained her CRTP!

Yen Wai, who has been actively involved in offensive security, earned the Certified Red Team Professional (CRTP) certification from Altered Security. The certification focuses on Active Directory exploitation techniques used in red team assessments.

Syamil is the official HTB ambassador!

Syamil is now officially appointed as an HTB Campus Ambassador, representing Hack The Box in Kuala Lumpur. He also recently conducted a meetup at IIUM, focused on GamePwn, where participants were introduced to the fundamentals of game exploitation and its relevance in cybersecurity.

Badge to Breach: Prelim Round

Amir, took on the role of solo sysadmin during the Badge to Breach: ICS Cyber Siege prelim stage. He managed the entire infrastructure behind the scenes, ensuring smooth operations for the competition.

The Badge to Breach: ICS Cyber Siege preliminaries featured collaboration with Heroes Cyber Security, a CTF team from Indonesia known for their strong presence in CTF competitions. The team contributed to the development of the preliminary challenges, bringing in their expertise to design realistic and engaging ICS-themed scenarios.

Cyber Skills Level-Up! is back

The first Cyber Skills Level Up (CSLU) event of the year was held at UTM JB. CSLU25 kicked off the 2025 series with a strong start, gathering students and cybersecurity enthusiasts for a full day of talks and activities. The event was organised by Aan, with insightful sessions delivered by speakers Shree and Amir. The MCC2025 agents, Adlina, Naufal and Syamil, supported the event as crew, helping ensure everything ran smoothly.

Also it was good to see Sarah, Thaqif and Atikah from MCC2023 batch to participate the event as well!

Sarah met CryptoCat in Malacca

Sarah had the opportunity to meet with CryptoCat, a well-known figure in cybersecurity scene, during a visit to Malacca.
